ARE YOU RECOGNIZED BY YOUR CUSTOMER OR GETTING LOST ON A SEA OF BUSINESSES?

The picture above is an example of redesigning Brand Aesthetic. Its from my personal Blog: @DiaryofMissM. I decided to use a Lightroom preset that define my style and now, followers on social and blog readers can recognize my brand immediately when it shows in their feed.

A brand aesthetic refers to the visual look or appearance of your content. It helps establish a mood, tone, or style and demonstrates your personality.

According to research, consistent branding can increase revenue by 23 percent. Who does not like more revenue?

Creating a brand aesthetic is a way of aligning your social channels to ensure consistency. However, less than 10 percent of businesses consider their brand representation very consistent.

Designing a unique style can differentiate you from competitors making your brand recognizable and creating trust with your audience which in turn will lead to sales. For example, if someone visits your Instagram page and sees a well-curated feed, they’re more likely to perceive your business as being legitimate and organized.

Finally, establishing an aesthetic can help keep your employees on the same page about the kind of content to post. As your business grows, so will your social presence. It’s important to make sure there are no questions about what’s considered ‘on brand’ for your social content.
