One of the most valuable traffic-drivers on your Instagram profile is the link in your bio, an amazing feature for brands looking to drive traffic from the app, and one that is often underutilized.
Make sure to add a call to action for your audience to click the link in your bio and promote your latest freebie, download, course, tutorial, fashion trends, new menu or new arrivals.

The new profile button and Instagram Stories sticker can be used to place orders through Toast App, UberEats, GrubHub, Seamless, Postmates, Doordash, and more.
Instagram Business Feature #3: IGTV
This is an incredible channel for showcasing products, interviews, and tutorials — the kind of content that really resonates with audiences and can help build long-term relationships.
At Miami Mompreneur Instagram page, we use these quick videos to feature several series: Featured Miami Mompreneur of the week: an interview to know Miami Moms businesses and their story, also Branding and marketing Tuesdays, which is all about Social Media and Marketing tips and Instagram Tips with tutorials to optimize the use of the app.
While also showing the faces behind the brand, IGTV video descriptions can contain clickable links — making it really easy for viewers to discover and shop the products featured in your videos!
Another plus: IGTV Ads which gives creators access to a full-fledged money-making platform.
According to Instagram, the video ads will only appear when a user clicks to watch an IGTV video from the preview button in their feed. The ads will be mobile-optimized vertical videos and last up to 15 seconds long.

In recent months, Instagram Live usage has skyrocketed — with brands pivoting to lifestyle-orientated live broadcasts in lieu of in-person events.

NOTE: Instagram is still rolling out Instagram Live shopping and badges, so if you don’t have access yet —No worries! They should be coming your way soon.
Instagram Business Feature #6: Pinned Comments
Pin Comments is a great way to set the tone for your brand. It allows you to select 3 comments to be pinned at the top. This can help in divert attention away from bot or negative comments.
Instagram Business Feature #7: Poll, Slider, Question, Quiz, DM and Countdown Stickers
Stories are an amazing way to build engagement and collect customer feedback for your business — especially if you tap into the Stickers section. This can also help you understand what your audience wants.
